UVJETI PRODAJE I REKLAMACIJE

Opći uvjeti

Ovim uvjetima utvrđuju se postupak naručivanja, plaćanja, dostave i reklamacije proizvoda ponuđenih u internet trgovini tvrtke MED EST na internet adresi www.skin4you.eu.

U navedenoj internet trgovini, tvrtka MED EST se nalazi u ulozi prodavatelja, a kupac je svaki posjetitelj internet trgovine koji putem elektronskog formulara naruči barem jedan proizvod, popuni tražene podatke i proslijedi ih prodavatelju.

Tvrtka MED EST zadržava pravo promjena cijena navedenih u službenim ponudama, u odnosu na WEB shop, ukoliko je u međuvremenu došlo do promjene cijene proizvoda kod dobavljača.

Ukoliko niste suglasni s uvjetima bilo u cijelosti ili djelomično, molimo da nas o tome obavijestite pisanim putem prije potvrde narudžbe na info@skin4you.eu.

Naručivanje

Kupac može naručivati proizvode putem elektronskog formulara na web stranici www.skin4you.eu. Da bi narudžba bila valjana, kupac mora popuniti sve tražene podatke i poslati ih prodavatelju. Narudžba se smatra potvrđenom kada kupac dobije potvrdu o prihvaćanju narudžbe putem e-maila.

Plaćanje

Plaćanje naručenih proizvoda može se izvršiti putem:

  • Kreditne ili debitne kartice
  • Bankovnog transfera
  • Plaćanja pouzećem prilikom dostave

Dostava

Proizvodi se dostavljaju na adresu koju kupac navede prilikom narudžbe. Troškovi dostave bit će jasno naznačeni prilikom naručivanja. Rokovi dostave ovise o lokaciji kupca i dostupnosti proizvoda, a kupac će biti obaviješten o očekivanom vremenu isporuke.

Reklamacije

Ako imate neke primjedbe ili reklamacije na rad ili uslugu stranice skin4you.eu i tvrtke MED EST (ako niste dobili našu ponudu za naručene usluge putem ove web stranice, ako roba koju ste naručili nije dostavljena itd.) molimo Vas da nas kontaktirate na broj +385 1 5621400 ili pošaljete e-mail na adresu info@skin4you.eu.

Za povrate robe, za koje kupac povrat ne izvrši osobnim dolaskom na prodajno mjesto prodavatelja, već se povrat radi putem dostavne službe, tvrtka MED EST zadržava pravo zaračunati manipulativne troškove povrata kupljene robe u visini od 5% od iznosa vrijednosti robe za koju se vrši povrat (min. 100,00 kn, a max. 500,00 kn).

U skladu sa člankom 76., stavak 1, MED EST će izvršiti povrat sredstava u roku od 14 dana od dana zaprimanja popunjenog Obrasca o jednostranom raskidu ugovora sklopljenog na daljinu, a umanjeno za eventualne stvarne manipulativne troškove povrata robe (sve u skladu s prethodnim pasusom).

Zaštita privatnosti

Tvrtka MED EST obvezuje se pružati zaštitu osobnim podacima kupaca, na način da prikuplja samo nužne, osnovne podatke o kupcima/korisnicima koji su nužni za ispunjenje naših obveza. Svi se podaci o korisnicima strogo čuvaju i dostupni su samo djelatnicima kojima su ti podaci nužni za obavljanje posla. Svi djelatnici tvrtke MED EST kao i poslovni partneri odgovorni su za poštivanje načela zaštite privatnosti.

TERMS OF SALE AND COMPLAINTS

General Terms

These terms define the procedures for ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints for products offered in the online store of MED EST at the internet address www.skin4you.eu.

In the mentioned online store, MED EST is the seller, and the customer is any visitor to the online store who orders at least one product via the electronic form, fills in the required information, and submits it to the seller.

MED EST reserves the right to change the prices listed in official offers in relation to the WEB shop if there has been a price change from the supplier in the meantime.

If you do not agree with the terms, either in whole or in part, please notify us in writing before confirming the order at info@skin4you.eu.

Ordering

Customers can order products via the electronic form on the website www.skin4you.eu. For the order to be valid, the customer must fill in all the required information and send it to the seller. The order is considered confirmed when the customer receives a confirmation of order acceptance via email.

Payment

Payment for ordered products can be made via:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Delivery costs will be clearly indicated during the ordering process. Delivery times depend on the customer's location and product availability, and the customer will be informed of the expected delivery time.

Complaints

If you have any complaints about the operation or service of the website skin4you.eu and the company MED EST (if you have not received our offer for ordered services via this website, if the goods you ordered have not been delivered, etc.), please contact us at +385 1 5621400 or send an email to info@skin4you.eu.

For returns of goods that the customer does not return in person at the seller's premises but rather via a delivery service, MED EST reserves the right to charge handling fees for the return of purchased goods in the amount of 5% of the value of the returned goods (minimum 100.00 kn, maximum 500.00 kn).

In accordance with Article 76, paragraph 1, MED EST will refund the funds within 14 days from the date of receipt of the completed Form for unilateral termination of a distance contract, reduced by any actual handling costs for the return of goods (all in accordance with the previous paragraph).
