Rok dostave
MED EST rok dostave je do 3 radna dana, odnosno u roku 3 radna dana od datuma naznačenog na ponudi po kojoj ste izvršili plaćanje. Ukoliko MED EST iz nekog razloga nije u mogućnosti dostaviti sve naručene proizvode, pravovremeno će kontaktirati kupca i ovisno o njegovoj želji dogovoriti produženi rok isporuke, zamjenski proizvod ili otkazivanje narudžbe.
Dostava proizvoda
Dostava proizvoda obavlja se putem logističke tvrtke GLS d.o.o. Troškovi dostave iznose 5.50€, a ako je narudžba vrijednija od 50€, dostava je besplatna.
Povrati
Za povrate robe, za koje kupac povrat ne izvrši osobnim dolaskom na prodajno mjesto prodavatelja, već se povrat radi putem dostavne službe, MED EST zadržava pravo zaračunati manipulativne troškove povrata kupljene robe u visini od 5% od iznosa vrijednosti robe za koju se vrši povrat (min. 15,00 €, a max. 70,00 €).
U skladu sa člankom 76., stavak 1, MED EST će izvršiti povrat sredstava u roku od 14 dana od dana zaprimanja popunjenog Obrasca o jednostranom raskidu ugovora sklopljenog na daljinu, a umanjeno za eventualne stvarne manipulativne troškove povrata robe (sve u skladu s prethodnim pasusom).

Delivery Time
MED EST delivery time is up to 3 business days, i.e., within 3 business days from the date indicated on the offer based on which you made the payment. If MED EST is unable to deliver all ordered products for any reason, they will promptly contact the customer and, depending on the customer's preference, arrange an extended delivery time, a replacement product, or order cancellation.
Product Delivery
Product delivery is carried out via the logistics company GLS d.o.o. Delivery costs amount to 5,50€, and if the order value exceeds 50€, delivery is free of charge.
Returns
For returns of goods that the customer does not return in person at the seller's premises but rather via a delivery service, MED EST reserves the right to charge handling fees for the return of purchased goods in the amount of 5% of the value of the returned goods (minimum 15.00 €, maximum 70.00 €).
In accordance with Article 76, paragraph 1, MED EST will refund the funds within 14 days from the date of receipt of the completed Form for unilateral termination of a distance contract, reduced by any actual handling costs for the return of goods (all in accordance with the previous paragraph).
